Meet Claire

Practical. Honest. Passionate About Empowering Educators

For over 30 years, Claire Gadsby has partnered with schools, trusts, ministries of education and educational organisations across the UK and internationally to improve teaching, learning and leadership at every level.

Holding a Master's degree in Educational Management, Claire is recognised for translating educational research into practical, sustainable classroom practice. She has worked with hundreds of schools, supporting leaders to implement evidence-informed approaches that build teacher confidence, strengthen professional practice and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Showing not telling.

Known for her unique ability to step into any classroom and demonstrate her strategies whilst coaching groups of school staff in the moment, Claire transforms educational research into practical strategies that educators can confidently implement from day one.

Claire's expertise spans Early Years to Post-16, working with individual teachers, leadership teams and whole-school communities. Her approach goes beyond delivering inspirational professional development; she helps organisations embed lasting change through implementation, coaching, deliberate practice and strategic leadership.

A respected keynote speaker, consultant, author and professional learning specialist, Claire is known for combining warmth, credibility and deep educational expertise with practical strategies that have immediate impact. Her work enables organisations to move from intention to implementation, creating cultures where educators continue to grow, collaborate and thrive long after the training has finished.

Every idea is designed with one goal in mind:

“The children should always be working harder than the teacher.”

This belief underpins every pathway, encouraging classrooms where pupils are active, engaged and challenged, while teachers feel empowered, supported and confident in their practice.

Whether supporting a single school, a multi-academy trust or a national education initiative, Claire's focus remains the same: empowering educators to create exceptional learning experiences that transform outcomes for every learner.
